NO 1: Bathing frequency matters.
One shower a week is not going to do the trick…
How often do you bathe/take a shower? You don’t have to tell me how often you do that, just ask yourself and if your answer is once a week or once a month, then damn, the first thing you can do to help yourself and others is by taking a nice long shower!
Some of you might be like yeah right who don’t take a shower for a whole week or more, but trust me, some people don’t. Unless you have a health condition preventing you from taking daily showers, please do not skip at any cost.
I say this because we all know this world is too big with a very large population of unhygienic people. If you have regular showers then take no notice of this tip and move on to the next.
For the Guys:
If you’re a guy reading this, please make sure you wash your private part every time you go to the toilet because if you don’t, you will be creating a storage of unwanted dirt and moisture down there which causes a very bad odor.
You might think no one will be able to smell it but you’re wrong! Everyone will smell the bad cheesy odor no matter where it’s coming from. So wash it and maintain a good hygiene down there.
For the Ladies:
Same thing for you guys too. Wash your private part every time you take a trip to the toilet and wash it every hour or so when you`re on your period!
You don’t want any fishy odor coming from down there do you? So wash and maintain your hygiene. Please don’t go near douching though, it is very bad and can lead to many other health problems.
2. Exfoliate the right way
Dead Sea salt is the best for exfoliating but when it’s not available, you can use Epsom salt or normal table salt.
Make a half cup mixture of few tablespoons of dead sea salt or Epsom salt, olive oil [preferably extra virgin] and almond oil. Rub this mixture and massage it all over your body in gentle circles for deep exfoliation of the skin.
This helps get rid of all the dead skin cells, makes the skin baby soft and youthful. You can pour the rest of the mixture into the water while you`re having a bath, it is very relaxing and soothing for the body.
Do this once every two weeks or once a month but not every single day. Exfoliating every day can dry out the natural moisture of the body and make things worse.
Don’t forget to apply some good SPF moisturizer after getting out of the bath to lock the moisture and keep the skin looking smooth and supple all day.
NO 3: Brush your teeth at least twice a day!
There’s no point in having a nice smelling body with a nasty breath. . .
Even if you`re the laziest person alive, please don’t ever step out of your house without brushing your teeth. It’s simply nasty and what pleasure would you get from attacking people with a breath that smells like dead fish and spoiled cheese mixed together? (Not that I have any idea of how this combo would smell like but it sure as hell won’t be a pleasant one.)
You don’t have to be extra and brush your teeth after every meal but you can at least brush your teeth when you wake up in the morning and before you go to sleep.

Drink Green Tea

Once you’ve taken care of all the hygienic matters and keep your inner body system healthy, you can now focus on other things such as perfumes and colognes to enhance the way you smell.
